What to know before you start.
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injection that activates two hormone receptors, GIP and GLP-1. It is a prescription medication, and a licensed provider decides whether it is appropriate for you.
Dosing starts low and increases gradually, which gives your body time to adjust and helps limit side effects such as nausea. Your provider sets your dose and reviews it at each check-in. It may go up, stay the same, or come down. Always take your medication exactly as prescribed and as the pharmacy label directs.
General information only, not a dosing schedule. Depending on the dispensing pharmacy, compounded formulations may be co-formulated with vitamin B6 or vitamin B12.

Questions before you check out.
Billing, account and shipping questions: support@rowtelehealth.com. Medical questions go to your provider through the patient portal.
Get startedWhen is my card charged?
At checkout your card is only authorized for the plan you choose. The charge goes through after a licensed provider reviews your health questions and prescribes tirzepatide. If you are not prescribed, you are not charged and the hold is released, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.
Why do I check out before the health questions?
So that once a provider approves you, your order is already in place and goes straight to the pharmacy with no extra step. Starting a program does not guarantee a prescription; your provider decides.
Do I need insurance?
No. Row is self-pay, so there is no insurance paperwork or prior authorization. Your monthly price includes your provider visits and shipping.
Will I need a video visit?
Most visits are completed online through the questionnaire, with no waiting room. Some states require a live video visit to establish care. If yours does, you will be asked to complete one before your provider prescribes.
Does the price change with my dose?
Plans run from $309 to $549 a month, depending on the dose your provider prescribes. Your provider reviews your dose at each check-in.
How fast will my medication arrive?
Once your provider prescribes and Rush Pharmacy processes the prescription, orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days and arrive within 4 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free and you get tracking by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel future billing anytime from your patient portal or by emailing support@rowtelehealth.com. Prepaid plans are charged in full once you are prescribed and follow our refund policy; annual plans are not refundable.
Is compounded tirzepatide FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies for an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.
