Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rowtelehealth.com and the services offered through it (the "Services") by Row Telehealth ("Row," "we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. What Row is — and is not

Row operates a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed medical providers and state-licensed pharmacies. Row itself is not a medical group, does not practice medicine or pharmacy, and does not guarantee that any provider will issue a prescription. All clinical decisions — including whether treatment is appropriate for you — are made solely by the treating provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where the Services are available, and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false health information can be dangerous and is grounds for termination of the Services.

3. Not for emergencies

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment

If a provider determines a prescription is appropriate, it may be fulfilled by a state-licensed pharmacy, including compounding pharmacies for compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs before marketing. You are free to fill any prescription at a pharmacy of your choice.

5. Fees and billing

Program fees are shown before you purchase and billed on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Fees include the platform, provider visits, care-team support, and shipping as described at checkout. You may cancel future billing at any time before your next billing date; see our Refund Policy for treatment of amounts already billed and medication already dispensed.

6. No guarantees of outcome

Weight loss results vary between individuals and depend on adherence, diet, activity, and individual biology. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to obtain medication for someone else, interfering with the platform's operation, or violating applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by Row or its licensors. Third-party product names and trademarks referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Row's aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Row in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms limits the professional obligations of treating providers.

10. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Row's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
