Two numbers to understand: a one-time fee to be seen by a licensed provider, and a flat monthly fee if you are prescribed a program. Monthly pricing covers the provider evaluation, ongoing check-ins, care-team messaging, and shipping. Lab testing is not included: if your provider orders labs, the lab bills you separately. We serve patients in 49 states, not California.
Start with a visit
Every prescription starts with a licensed provider in your state reviewing your health history. Choose the format that suits you. The visit fee is charged once, not monthly.
Which visit type you use is determined by your preference and needs, and by your state's telehealth rules. Some states require a live video visit, especially to establish a relationship with a new provider. If your state requires video and you booked an asynchronous visit, we will contact you to schedule a video visit before your review.
Asynchronous visit
Your provider reviews your intake and responds in writing, typically within 24 to 48 hours. No live appointment needed.

What these prices are. Every price on this page is the Row Telehealth program fee. Your visit is booked as the final step of the health assessment on our patient portal, and the visit fee is collected there. Nothing is dispensed until a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines that treatment is appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Plus lab-testing fees. Some programs require baseline or follow-up lab work before or during treatment. Lab testing is never included in a visit fee or a monthly program fee. Where your provider orders labs, the lab bills you directly at its own price. You can use your insurance at the lab if you have it, or ask your care team about self-pay lab options before the order is placed.
Brand-name GLP-1 medication is the other exception to the flat monthly price: the membership covers your care, and the dispensing pharmacy bills you separately for the medication itself.

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs before marketing. Products marked FDA-approved contain an FDA-approved active ingredient. Your provider decides whether any of them is appropriate for you. Where your provider orders lab work, lab-testing fees are billed separately at the lab's price. If a provider reviews your intake and does not prescribe, you are not charged for medication. The consultation fee covering that review still applies.

Self-pay
Row Telehealth is a cash-pay practice. You pay us directly by card, and the price you see is the price you pay.
- Self-pay Visit fees and program fees are charged directly to your card at checkout.
- HSA and FSA Accepted. HSA and FSA cards run like any other Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Whether a specific charge is an eligible expense is determined by your plan administrator, not by us. We can provide an itemized receipt on request.
- Brand GLP-1s If your provider prescribes Wegovy® or Zepbound®, the prescription is filled at a retail or manufacturer pharmacy. Your $99/mo membership with us stays cash-pay.
Good faith estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, self-pay patients have the right to receive a good faith estimate of expected charges before a visit.
Request one at any time by emailing support@rowtelehealth.com and telling us which visit type and which program you are considering. We will send a written estimate of the expected Row Telehealth charges before you are seen.
An estimate covers the fees we charge. It cannot cover what a third-party pharmacy charges for brand-name medication, since that price is set by the pharmacy. If you are billed substantially more than your good faith estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
Cancellations, no-shows and refunds
The short version. The full text is in our refund and cancellation policy, which controls if the two ever disagree.
- Cancel a plan Cancel future billing at any time from your patient portal or by emailing support@rowtelehealth.com before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not retroactively refund a charge already made.
- Annual plans Annual plans are prepaid and not refundable, including any unused portion if you cancel mid-term. The exception is medication you paid for and did not receive, which is refunded.
- Video visits A scheduled live video visit cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, may be charged the visit fee. Reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice and there is no charge.
- No prescription If a provider reviews your intake and does not prescribe, you are not charged for medication. The consultation fee covering that review still applies.
- After dispensing Prescription medication cannot be returned, restocked, or resold once it has been dispensed, so amounts covering dispensed or shipped medication are not refundable. If your medication arrives damaged, contact support within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.
- Billing errors If you think you were billed in error, email support@rowtelehealth.com within 60 days of the charge. We review and respond within 5 business days.
