Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Rely Telehealth Plus, Inc., d/b/a Row Telehealth (“Row Telehealth”) is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the standard we work to, what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something on the site is in your way.
Our standard
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Row Telehealth is a place of public accommodation and treats website accessibility as part of that obligation.
What we have done
- Every page has a single main content landmark, a labelled navigation region, and a “Skip to main content” link that appears when you press Tab.
- Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for normal text and 3:1 for large text. Links inside paragraphs are underlined, not distinguished by color alone.
- Every image carries a text description, and product imagery is captioned as illustration only.
- The site is fully operable by keyboard. Keyboard focus is always visible.
- Headings follow a logical order on every page so screen-reader users can navigate by heading.
- Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content or function. Nothing on the site depends on a time limit or on motion; users who set a reduced-motion preference get no animation.
- The language of each page is declared, and page titles describe each page.
- Each page is checked with the axe-core automated accessibility engine against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rule sets, plus a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass, before it is published.
Where we are still working
- Your health assessment, patient account, and clinical messaging run on our patient portal, which is provided by a technology partner under contract. We have configured it for keyboard use and contrast, but its underlying code is not ours. If you encounter a barrier there, contact us and we will help you complete the step another way and raise the issue with the vendor.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on its own hosted checkout page, which Stripe maintains to WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Some PDF documents provided to you after enrollment may not yet be fully tagged. We will provide any document in an accessible format on request.
Compatibility
The site is built with standards-based HTML and CSS and is designed to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and with VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. It does not require JavaScript for any content; JavaScript only enhances the page.
Getting help or reporting a barrier
If any part of this website is difficult to use, or if you need information from it in another format, tell us and we will help you directly and fix the underlying problem.
- Email: support@rowtelehealth.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line
- Phone: (813) 692-6901
- Mail: Rely Telehealth Plus, Inc., 3905 Crescent Park Drive, First Floor, Riverview, FL 33578
We respond to accessibility requests within five business days and, where the problem is on a page we control, aim to fix it within ten business days. Please do not include health information in your message; if you need help with a medical question, use the patient portal or ask us to arrange an accessible way to reach your care team.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov/file-a-complaint.
Assessment
This site was most recently assessed on September 11, 2026 using axe-core 4.10 against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rule sets on every published page, together with a manual keyboard and VoiceOver review. The assessment is repeated as part of every deployment.
