Where we practice

Telehealth follows medical licensing. Our provider network, LocumTele, holds licenses in 49 states, and your visit is routed to a clinician licensed where you are physically located at the time of your visit. A mailing address in that state is not enough.

Row Telehealth serves patients in 49 states. We do not currently serve California.

Clinical care is delivered by licensed clinicians in our provider network, LocumTele. Your intake is matched to a provider licensed in the state where you are located.

Not currently served

California, D.C., and the U.S. territories

California is not currently served. If you are located in California, we cannot complete a consultation or issue a prescription there, and you will not be charged for a visit we cannot provide. Washington, D.C. is also not served, and neither are Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands. We do not treat patients outside the United States.

You do not have to guess: the health assessment asks where you are and confirms coverage before you are asked to pay. If we cannot treat you where you are, you will be told before any charge.

Being in a state we serve makes you eligible for a visit, not for a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your history and prescribes only if treatment is appropriate for you.

Moving or traveling

If you move or travel

What matters is where you are during the visit, not where you usually live. If you are traveling, you need to be physically located in one of the 49 states above when you complete your consultation or a follow-up. A visit started from California, Washington, D.C., a U.S. territory, or outside the United States cannot be completed even if your home address is in a state we serve.

If you move, update your address in your account before your next visit or refill. That keeps your provider working from the right state and sends your medication to the right place. If you move somewhere we do not serve, email support@rowtelehealth.com: we will stop billing you going forward and can send a copy of your records to you or to a new provider.

Confirm your coverage in about five minutes

The health assessment confirms we can treat you where you are, then routes your intake to a provider licensed in that state.
