Clinical careThe providers behind your care
Every visit, prescription, and check-in at Row Telehealth is handled by a licensed clinician. Clinical care is delivered by our provider network, LocumTele, a nationwide network of licensed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians covering 49 states.
LocumTele, our clinical provider network
Row Telehealth is the care platform. The medicine itself is practiced by LocumTele, an independent network of licensed clinicians. Every provider in the network holds an active license in the state where they treat patients, and your intake is routed to a clinician licensed in the state where you are physically located at the time of your visit.
- Licensed, state by state Network coverage spans 49 states, all but California. You are always seen by a clinician licensed where you are
- Independent clinical judgment Providers act within the scope of their license and their own independent professional judgment. Whether to prescribe is entirely their decision
- A real provider-patient relationship A provider-patient relationship is formed once a provider accepts you as a patient and begins care, and continues through check-ins and refills
- Ongoing oversight Your provider monitors your progress at check-ins, manages side effects, adjusts dosing, and can request labs or a live visit when your history calls for a closer look
Two visit formats
Asynchronous visit, $30. You complete your intake on your own time. A provider licensed in your state reviews it, typically within 24 to 48 hours, and responds in writing with a plan or follow-up questions.
Live video visit, $55. A scheduled real-time appointment, best if you want to talk your history through before starting. Full details are on the pricing page.
Which visit type you use is determined by your preference and needs, and by your state's telehealth rules. Some states require a live video visit, especially to establish a relationship with a new provider. If your state requires video and you booked an asynchronous visit, we will contact you to schedule a video visit before your review.
Either way, no medication is dispensed until a licensed provider determines that treatment is appropriate for you. If your provider decides treatment is not appropriate, they will tell you that instead, and you are not charged for medication.
From prescription to your door
If your provider prescribes, the prescription is sent to our pharmacy partner, Rush Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy, for processing and delivery. Your provider stays involved after dispensing: check-ins, dose adjustments, and care-team messaging are part of every program.
